We recently had a water pump go out at 5 o'clock on a Saturday and with snow coming we decided to deal with it Sunday morning Thanks to Felix the tow truck for recommending Nationwide Transmission. Expecting a long day and needing to be home with an 8.5 hour drive we started to look at rentals but they called with the estimate of being able to be on the road by noon we were very happy. Super professional & fast and they honestly helped us so much at a time when we were kinda screwed! They didn’t try to up the price because were traveling like the place around the corner!!! I had the best experience with Adam and everyone at Nationwide Transmission. I was traveling in Arizona from out of state, and my car broke down on the highway. The shop next door blew me off and said they didn't have time to look at my car. I went into Nationwide Transmission, they looked at my car within the hour, found a replacement part, gave me options and a quote on how much it would cost, and worked with me so that I could drive back to Montana safely the next day. I ended up paying less than what was quoted. They showed me where and what to look for under my car if the problem started reoccurring during the drive and sent me with extra differential fluid. They also called a couple days later to follow up. Everyone was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful; I am wishing that they were located in my town instead of Flagstaff.
