On a road trip our Honda Odyssey just died about 25 miles north of Flagstaff. We got a tow truck called and I googled repair shops. First 2 shops we called were not helpful. Took a chance and called Complete Car Care. Adam told us to come on in and he'd have a look. We finally arrived at CCC's shop and Adam was so nice. He even, personally, drove us down the street to the closest hotel with any vacancy!! (The Best Western) He called us early the next morning and told us what was wrong. The alternator was dead. He got everything all fixed and even picked us up from the hotel when it was done. He was kind and sympathetic to stranded travelers and I am so glad we found him!!! We got home safe and sound, Thanks Adam
